Getting started using Online Access

  • How do I view my account(s) online You'll need to set up a user name and password to gain access to your accounts online. To create a username you must complete the MyJanney registration form. Your 8 digit Janney account number and the primary account holder's SSN are required You will receive a text message or phone call with a 6 digit Identity Verification # (PIN) to the phone number associated with your account.   • Trouble logging in? If you already have a username and don't remember your password, you can reset your password by clicking Forgot Password. If you don't remember your username you may call Client Services and an associate will assist you. Identity Verification (PIN)

  • Single Use PIN Janney uses a multi-factor identification process to help protect our clients' personal information. Periodically, we verify the identity of our clients by sending a single use PIN via text message or phone call to a phone number on the account. This PIN must be entered during the login process.
  • How to Update Phone Number(s) If the phone numbers listed are incorrect or if you'd like to add a new number, please contact your Financial Advisor for assistance. Please allow 24 hours for the updated phone number(s) to appear.
